Medical First AidSTCW Code A-V1/4-1
This three day course is the standard for seafarers designated to provide medical first aid on board ship.
Competencies on completion of this course include:
Ability to apply first aid in the event of an accident/illness o board Provide medical care to the sick and injured while they remain on board Participate in co-ordinated schemes for medical assistance to ships. Approved STCW course complying with Regulation VI/4 and Section A-VI/4 para 1-3 of the STCW Code.

Pre Course Requirement: Must hold a current Elementary First Aid Certificate
